Established in Falmouth in 1970, Lamacchia Vacation Rentals, formerly Foley Vacation Rentals, began as a real estate company before recognizing the growing opportunity in the vacation home rental market. As Cape Cod evolved with the introduction of condominium by-laws and continued development the company shifted its focus to working with property owners to rent and manage homes for both seasonal and year-round stays. In 1974, Foley set roots at 703 Main Street, which has remained its home ever since. Today, Foley Vacation Rentals proudly continues its legacy as Lamacchia Vacation Rentals, combining decades of local expertise with the strength of the Lamacchia brand.
