By submitting this form, I acknowledge that this submission does not constitute a confirmed booking or reservation. Upon submission, a Lamacchia Vacation Rentals booking agent will contact me to verify availability with the property owner. If the requested dates are confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent to me review and signature. No reservation or binding agreement exists unless (i) availability has been confirmed, (ii) I have reviewed and signed the rental agreement, (iii) my credit card has been successfully charged, and (iv) Lamacchia Vacation Rentals has processed and confirmed the reservation in accordance with its standard booking procedures and the property’s availability. Lamacchia Vacation Rentals processes booking requests on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability and completion of required booking steps. Lamacchia Vacation Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking request if the requested dates are unavailable or if the rental agreement is not signed within the specified timeframe. Upon signing the rental agreement, my credit card will be charged a deposit in the amount of 50% of the cost of the total booking cost. By proceeding, I authorize Lamacchia Vacation Rentals to charge the credit card provided upon execution of the rental agreement.
