Yes, we try to help with the little items and then call you to assist with the larger questions/problems if you are not on LPM.
Yes, we have an in-house photography team ready to take your home photos. They offer full photography, floor plans, aerial shots, and drone work for houses with views.
We have over 45 years of online presence, repeat clientele, and word of mouth. Now, with Lamacchia working closely with us, we can connect with more prospects through our internet and print advertising, combining both brands.
Everything is handled electronically now, so once you sign your lease online, payment will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt.
Each tenant will check in with our office when they arrive in Falmouth to receive their check-in packet and useful info, keys, door codes, etc. Check-in starts at 2:30pm at the office, so they can go right to the house after for their 3pm check-in time and start enjoying their vacation.
We make sure that the number of people residing matches the number of beds/bedrooms. We confirm no pets if your home is not pet-friendly and answer any questions the landlord might have regarding the lead/prospects.
Our team works hard to find the right tenant and fit for you and your home. We start the process with leases and deposits, collect checks, MA state taxes and reporting, help with any questions tenant might have regarding their upcoming stay, and the check-in and check-out process.

Yes, we handle this all for you. We collect from each booking and then file taxes quarterly as required by the town and state law.
Weekly in the summer is late June through Labor Day. Off-season weeks are typically early June and Late September.
You do not have to be exclusive to Foley Vacation Rentals, but we do have a great program you should ask about to see if it is something that would of interest. You can rent your home yourself, but we can also help you manage those weeks. It might be worth a conversation on what that entails.
Yes, you can list your home as a vacation rental on other platforms. We just ask that you keep us up to date with your rental calendar so we don’t double-book your home!
We like to be hands-on with our tenants and build relationships with them so they keep coming back to us for their real estate needs. You do not have to have direct communication; we will take care of the tenants’ needs for you!
