Bourne is the first town on Cape Cod and is best known for the Cape Cod Canal, which offers miles of walking and biking paths along the water with views of boats passing through year-round.
The town includes several villages, Buzzards Bay, Pocasset, Monument Beach, Cataumet, and Sagamore Beach, each offering its own mix of waterfront neighborhoods, beaches, and marinas. Residents and visitors enjoy boating, fishing, local beaches, and convenient access to the rest of Cape Cod while staying close to major routes on and off the Cape.
