Lamacchia Companies is thrilled to share the acquisition of Mid-Cape Rentals under Lamacchia Property Management umbrella.  This was shared publicly a few weeks ago by Lamacchia Realty, when the company announced its expansion into West Dennis with a new office at 592 MA-28 in West Dennis. 

Mid-Cape Rentals has been serving the region for decades as a family-owned and operated business, with Deb and Dick Martin, and Christopher Greene at the helm. They recently joined Lamacchia Realty along with many local agents and Mid-Cape Rentals agents such as Liz Green and Denise Threlkeld.  The same staff and agents will remain serving the community for years to come. Both homeowners and vacationers who stay in these homes don’t need to worry about any changes impacting their bookings, as the transition is fully underway.  The summer of 2027 will likely be the most successful summer yet!

Lamacchia Vacation Rentals of Falmouth, which became part of the Lamacchia Companies following the acquisition of Foley Real Estate and Foley Vacation Rentals in June of 2023, offers services for owners of vacation rentals as well as those seeking out short term rentals on Upper Cape.
